The Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) Diagnostic Ultrasound, uses high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical purposes, and is competent in the production, use, recognition, and analysis of ultrasound images and patterns used for patient diagnosis and treatment.
