Job Description An exceptional practice opportunity to join one of the top outpatient internal medicine groups in metro Phoenix is now available. The practice is ready to add a fifth physician due to growth and an increasing volume of new patient calls daily. The practice has two office locations, conveniently located seven miles apart and each is just across the street from respective medical centers. With consistently high patient satisfaction scores, the current group has a reputation for being personable and truly caring about their patients while providing high quality patient care. Typical patient visits per day are approximately 12 to 16. Two of the four physicians have leadership roles in the ACO. Excellent financial package is available for the right candidate, including: competitive salary with monthly performance bonus; benefits that include health, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 401K with matching profit-sharing, paid vacation and CME; malpractice insurance and signing bonus.
