Performs all General Ultrasound Imaging exams utilizing proper technique, processes correctly marked images, calibrates and operates ultrasound equipment, completes computerized tracking and supply charges and assists Radiologist during invasive exams. Performs equipment quality control, transporting of patients and room set up and clean up. Available for fair share of call and performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate. One year experience in an acute setting preferred. Computer literacy required.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Ultrasound education program certificate, credential or license. ARDMS in specialty required.
