Tenet Healthcare has an immediate need for a Specialist, Employee Relations. This newly created role, reporting to the Director, Employee Relations, will handle complex employee relations issues or concerns (e.g., investigations related to alleged discrimination, harassment or retaliation etc.) consistent with Company protocol and in a timely fashion. Identify investigation issues, potential evidence and sources, determine findings, and prepare all associated documentation. Provide recommendations to senior management.
ï¿½Masterï¿½s degree and 2 years of Employee Relations experience conducting internal investigations, OR Bachelorï¿½s degree and 4 years of Employee Relations experience conducting internal investigations.
ï¿½Ability to manage a high volume of Employee Relations cases
ï¿½Experience consulting on multiple Employee Relations issues that vary in scope and complexity.
ï¿½Experience handling complex Employee Relations issues consistent with company protocol such as investigations related to alleged discrimination, harassment or retaliation.
ï¿½Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving complex employee relations problems.
ï¿½Working knowledge of Local, State and Federal employment law.
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
