The Director shall provide direct management and oversight of operations of physician practices under ownership or management of MD Partners of EHMC (MDP). He/she shall address and resolve all issues pertaining to practice operations in accordance with established budgets and policies and procedures of MDP. He/she shall demonstrate visibility and build trust among all MDP team members and with physicians; manage and develop human resources of the practices; promote the use of information technology and systems; participate in the MDP goals; establish and maintain budgets for practices; implement new clinical and other programs; integrate newly acquired physician practices into MDP; and complete other duties as assigned. He/she shall perform duties under a matrix reporting structure including to MDP leadership and hospital leadership.
Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years in Healthcare Management at the senior level of physician practices or services.
